Affiliated Therapy Group Practice
Patients are scheduled for treatment Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Fridays from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. We currently do not provide therapy services on weekends or holidays. If you have questions about your schedule, please discuss them with your therapist. We also ask that you come to your therapy appointment prepared for treatment by wearing the appropriate work-out attire for the condition we are treating. This may include shorts, swimwear, or appropriate tennis shoes for performing exercises. Please leave all jewelry and valuables, such as money, rings or watches at home to prevent loss.
Your therapy program is important to your health and the success of your recovery. Please make every attempt to keep your appointments. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so that we may care for another patient. If you fail to attend three consecutive appointments without calling to cancel, you will be discharged from therapy and will be required to contact your physician for new orders.
Your time is valuable to us and we will make every attempt to see you on time. Occasionally, treatments may last longer than usual which requires a wait time. If this is the case, we appreciate your patience. We believe every patient should receive the treatment time appropriate for him/her and assure you that you will receive the same consideration. If you wait more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, please ask the receptionist to check with your therapist regarding this delay.
